Lesson faq

• Lessons are non-refundable.

• While we make every effort to book the pools for our designated times, the pool operators sometimes have gala’s or other competitions, or maintenance that mean the pools will sometimes not be available for our booking (at short notice) and that is out of our control.

• The dates of our lessons are stated on the purchase page for them. The cohort will start and finish on those specified dates.
