Register with us to swim at London Fields Lido for a social swim at to meet new people and get yourself accustomed to the water. Registering will let us know that you plan on coming and we’ll send a reminder to you before the swim too.

We will meet you outside the pool at 10:30am.

What to bring:

• Swimming costume, hat and goggles

• Sliders or Sandals

• Towel

• £1 for the locker (it’s refundable)

• A smile!

These sessions are open to all levels of swimmers. If it's your first time swimming with us, don't worry, you'll be in good hands!

This session isn’t a lesson to learn how to swim, it’s more a space to meet people and start to build your relationship with the water. We will be on hand to offer any tips to you as well. You are free to swim as little or as much as you want, we just want to see you in the water!

We are swimming in shared public swimming lanes, so please give space to other swimmers and do not wait in a line at the end of the pool, you must leave space in the middle of the lane at the wall for swimmers to turn from, otherwise, we get complaints.
